  They gave my wife a crown, and it fell out within 1.5 years. We had moved out of the state and went to see a dentist near us. He looked at it and said "this was poorly done". He recommended us to contact Volentine in regards to their warranty. Volentine would only honor her work if we came back to her to get more of this "poorly done" work. Not happening. Now our insurance won't cover the needed crown.
