  I've never had any problems with them until now. I've had an account set up for many years and have always paid online. I have never had a late payment. Ruston suddenly decided to stop using their old online payment system without notifying anyone of any other bill payment options. I've been out of town for several weeks, so I have not had access to the paper bill they sent in the mail that lists all other payment options (and I didn't memorize them because like I said I've paid online for many years). So of course they charged a late fee seeing as how I couldn't pay them (because they disabled the only means most people use to pay) until I got back into town to look at the physical copy of my bill. Instead of being reasonable given the situation, the "manager" I spoke with when calling customer service was very ignorant and rude. She refused to provide any actual service at all, and when she started to get an attitude after I was asking simple questions I asked to speak to a manager. She yelled "I am the manager!" I am so grateful I am moving in a week so I don't have to deal with these people anymore. I hope you aren't paying that manager any more than minimum wage because she obviously has no management or customer service experience whatsoever and definitely should not be in the position she is in.
