  Terrible customer service, have had no AC for two weeks now because their technician fell on it and busted the outside unit where it had to be replaced, crazy thing is they DID NOT even tell us they ruined it. They are still in the process of getting a new unit to us so as I sit here sweating buckets, I called to see if I could get some credit towards my bill to help correct the issue because I haven't been able to stay at my house to even use the internet and they said "No we are only correcting our mistake." WELL WOULD YOU HURRY IT UP! COMPLETELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
